Greg Miller’s construction project management experience dates back to 1992. Greg has supervised projects as a consultant for national retail and restaurant brands, including Yum Brands, Apple, Gap, H&M and more. He has led new unit development, major remodels, and multi-store roll-outs. Greg holds an MBA degree from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Jim McGrath is a licensed Architect with over 25 years of experience in the design/construction industry for a wide variety of retail, commercial, and industrial capital improvement projects.  Over his career, Jim has worked both for large national architectural firms completing doing design/project management, and as the client representative for national retail development programs for clients such as Hertz, Avis, AT&T, Chevron, Safeway, & Panda Restaurants.

Michelle has been in the industry 25 years. Michelle has worked with such clients as Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Rite Aid, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Togo’s, Jack in the Box, and El Pollo Loco. She has extensive experience with Due Diligence Reporting, Corporate Roll-Out Programs and Re-images/Refreshes. She gained her experience working for the leading architectural firm of RHL Design Group (now Stantec) for nearly 20 years.

 

 

Ashley Waters

Ashley Waters joined the team at Newport Construction Management in December 2015 bringing 16 years of project management experience to the table.  She has worked with clients such as Chevron, Jack in the Box, Quizno’s and Westwood College.

Her previous experience includes Director of Corporate Real Estate and small business owner.  She has extensive experience with commercial property site-selection, management and strategic planning.

Dawn Bennyhoff

Dawn Bennyhoff joined NCM in 2006. She has consulted for Jack-in-the-Box and El Pollo Loco, working on ADA compliance upgrades and permit expediting. She is a graduate of Bowling Green University. Since joining NewportCM she has become a Project Manager, adding managing Re-Image and Program work to her resume. She has also moved to the Dallas area to run the Texas division of NewportCM.

Haema Moore is a Project Manager for Newport Construction Management since 2009.  She worked for Jack in the Box for over 22 years and held various level positions including multi-unit manager and new restaurant opening coordinator.  Since joining Newport Construction Management Haema has managed multiple projects for Jack in the Box Facility and Construction divisions.

Jason joined NewportCM as the Director of Construction and Brand Manager.  Jason has been in the construction industry for nearly 15 years.  He has worked for a number of large clients, including a national expansion of the retailer Cabela's.  Jason's experience includes land acquisitions & site selection, due diligence, entitlements, scheduling and pro forma budgeting.  Jason has strong experience coordinating large teams, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.

Travis Crouser came to us as a Project Manager with 11 years of experience in the sign industry where he completed new and rebuild restaurants for Jack in the Box, El Pollo Loco, and Del Taco. He also managed high-profile re-image programs and LED changeovers for multiple accounts as well as some large custom sign programs. Since joining the NewportCM team, Travis has been managing multiple Jack in the Box projects.

As Project Manager, David brings more than 40 years of construction project management experience to the team. His projects have included new unit development, major remodels, dining room enhancements and multi-store rollouts for Chili’s Bar and Grill, Taco Bell,  Jack-in-the-Box, Pizza Hut, El Pollo Loco and other nationally recognized retailers and restaurants. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Trine University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

As Project Manager, David brings over 40 years of architectural and construction project management experience to the team.  Since 1999 David has built retail projects for Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Williams-Sonoma, West Elm and Men's Wearhouse.  David graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. He has been licensed as an Architect and currently holds a retired architect status in the State of California.

Jessica Jones

Jessica has been in the building industry since 1997 with a strong background in CAD and BIM.  She pays meticulous attention to detail as a result of her drafting experience.  While expanding her career she has worked with architects, engineers, and design/build contractors at all phases of construction, giving her a strong understanding of the building process.  Some of the projects and clients Jessica has worked with include; Yum! Brands, Rite Aid, Kaiser Permanente Medical Centers, and the Akron-Canton Airport.

Joe Soto

Joe has almost 12 years’ experience in the construction industry and has managed a variety of projects throughout his career, including complex building renovations, ground-up structures and challenging civil projects. He understands all phases of the construction process, from pre-development through site construction and closeout. Joe takes pride in customer service and enjoys client interaction, ensuring that all stakeholders and end users are informed throughout the project and satisfied with the finished product.

Canden is an Architectural Designer/Project Manager with 10 plus years of experience in retail/commercial architecture.  Canden has a strong background with CAD drafting, project design, construction detailing, and coordination with clients, consultants and permitting agencies.

 

Amanda Stewart

Amanda Stewart joined Newport CM in October 2015. Amanda’s eye for detail and her organizational skills makes her a valuable asset to the project management team. She has goals of using these attributes in furthering her construction management knowledge and experience.
